Dessert flavours are hard to get right, and this one gets most of the way. Black cherry arrives first and stays the loudest element, cocoa builds through the middle without turning bitter, and a light cream note softens the exhale so it finishes like sponge rather than chocolate bar. It is a slow evening flavour, not a summer one.

Be realistic about dessert profiles. They coat the palate, and after an hour of solid use the cocoa can start to taste flat, so most people keep a fruit or mint pod alongside it rather than running it exclusively.
