Track your order
Every order ships with full tracking. Here is how to follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
Where is my tracking number?
As soon as your order is dispatched we email your tracking number to the address you used at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day, so your tracking email usually arrives the same evening.
How to track
- Open your dispatch email and copy the tracking number.
- Paste it into the carrier's tracking page: for Australia Post parcels use auspost.com.au tracking.
- Allow a few hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.
No tracking email?
Check your spam folder first, then email us at Contact@igetvapesaustraliastore.com with your order reference (it starts with IG) and we will resend it. Our shipping page covers delivery timeframes for every state, and the FAQs answer the most common delivery questions.
