Menthol on the exhale is moderate, enough to stop it turning cloying without making it taste like a mint drink.

Anyone who loved cherry lollies as a kid tends to love this. Anyone who finds artificial cherry medicinal will not be talked around, and that is the honest limitation here rather than anything to do with the device itself.
